You're the one who needs to reread. Check my post. I merely said this was interesting, and wondered what kind of action would be taken.

Judging from the amount of people complaining, I wonder if a rollback is going to be a good idea?
Exact quote. I didn't shout, scream, or cry for a reset. Even asked it in question form.

Can't imagine they'd roll back over an event. It would cause mass hysteria.

True enough, still interested if anything will be done though.

Indeed. I tested a scenario of matching slot trades, all went back to normal. Quick and excellent fix Anet.

u know i am one that did get scammed over an armbrace and a allaince member did too. i traded for the ammount i saw in window and the ammount that was pmed between the 2 of us. i lost 210ecto over a glitch not cause i was stupid or anyone else. ya saying that a roll back would be bogus cause of an event, r u serious? when a skill that is glitch gets abused in GvG it was rollback, when rune trader sold sup vigor for extremly cheap it was rollback same as ecto's. and that was not effective toward anyone losing money but the game itself.but now that ppl play long hours to get weapon to sell or whatever and sell these thing for price they going for and ppl scam them by a glitch no one saying a rollback is in order? i mean ppl getting rich off this making millions off 10 ecto or whatever. i spamed about the glitch in town i posted how to do it when i spent an hour trying to learn how to stop ppl from getting worked over not for any other reason than to stop ppl from getting rich over scamming ppl. i feel there should be a roll back cause we know u can not BAN everyone that was scamming, but yet a suspension just does not seem fair. Suspending someone for a week for making ALLOT of money making other made and broke. i mean if i can make millions and just get suspended for week or whatever let me know so i can make room in storage

Yeah, ok. They roll back, and get hate mail from EVERY SINGLE PERSON who participated in the event. Yeah, 'i m serious'. I'm not saying they shouldn't do something else, but a rollback immediately following a major weekend-long holiday event would be exponentially more damaging to the playerbase than this glitch.

Quick fix was needed... this was a highly exploitable bug as proof be shown. Great work.

Eventhough I was not scammed by this glitch, I sympathize how you feel when loosing so much money to scammers. I think more severe purnishment should be in place for those filthy scammers. Suspensions for few days or 1 week after getting a million is bearable.

Wait, I have a question. If you look at the chat window, was the correct amount listed AFTER you did the trade?
